I love a lot of his stuff, but every single one of those songs was crap. Worse than the majority of stuff listed so far.

Muskrat Love - The Captain & Tenille. Possibly the worst piece of crap ever committed to audio.

Good gawd, where do I start. Some of the obvious have already been mentioned...Eddie Murphy, Rebecca Black, and Built This City by Starship, which is the kind of song where if you hear ten seconds of it, you've heard the entire song. Along those lines, one of the most annoying hit songs would have to be:

Edge of Seventeen (One Winged Dove) by Stevie Nicks. "Just like the white winged dove...
Sings a song...Sounds like she's singing...
Whoo... whoo... whoo... Wash, rince, and repeat over and over and over and over and over...

Other crappy hits include:

She Drives Me Crazy - Fine Young Cannibals
Dancing on the Ceiling - Lionel Richie
Panic (Hang the DJ) - The Smiths
Wings of a Dove - Madness (really boys?)
Beat Surrender - The Jam
Flash - Queen
Blame It - Jamie Foxx
I Will Always Love You - Houston
How Am I Supposed To Live Without You - Michael Bolton
Oh Sherry - Steve Perry

I'm sure I'll chime in with others as they come to mind.

Although i agree with most of your choices
Wings of a dove-
It's madness, all their stuff is fun and silly for the most part
It's not like nora jones all of a sudden singing a song like steve martins king tut

Flash-
Queen was always pompous and campy
Flash gordon was a campy movie
I thought it fit perfect for what it was

Panic-
Not a terrible tribute to t-rex's metal guru
Although his song is much much better

I disagree. You have to listen to the whole Sunshine on Leith CD and know the bio of the Proclaimers to appreciate this song. The vocals are outstanding on this.
