Why do Americans love Kid Rock?

White trash kids in the 90's and early 2000's were into rap/metal and he kinda found a niche.

I'm a middle aged white dude who leans to rock, blues, and New Orleans music but likes a little bit of everything. I listen to most of the stuff Kid Rock puts out there, from Devil With a Cause in the 90's up to his newer stuff. It's just easily accessible music to me.

If you don’t appreciate Kid Rock then you’d probably let a wiener go soft in your mouth.

if you can find some way to appreciate kid rock you probably keep a bag full of wieners in your mouth hard all at the same time

I've seen him twice and he's puts on a great show. His music ranges from hard rock to rap to country so he crosses over to several different groups.

I was done with him about 30 seconds into his fame when I saw an interview where he questioned why everyone liked Radiohead.

He represents pretty much everything bad about America, one of my least favorite people not just in music but in any walk of life.

For the same reason country became popular.

He attracts very trashy crowds at his shows. It's like a mix of a NASCAR race and an Insane Clown Posse show all rolled into one with a nice dose of MAGA hat wearing douches mixed in for extra seasoning.

He's FAARRR from popular here in the US. He's known and famous, but his music hasn't been relevant in nearly 20 years.
