You hear some of the shite on the radio nowadays and it just blows my mind they didn’t make it compared to some of the shite you hear

Cajun crawfish boil is probably my least favorite song but it was pretty popular back in the day

Benjy is up in Nashville writing music..not sure what Mic and the rest of the band is up to

A lot has to do with right time and place. Benjy is probably making more money writing than he did singing. Same happened to BTE, things just run their course.

Meriweather was a better band for the time period. They didn’t go anywhere. Disappointing but I’ll always have their albums.

Aye Julian.

Think that was my emo/rock drug phase of sophomore year 2005.

I think about thisdrop dead sexy little nurse shaking her arse like a hood rat on a balcony in Destin.

I pussed out, didn't close the deal and puked bananas all over said balcony

Does it help if two of the members of meriwether were there?

I would add "Like This" is one of the best songs to listen to when tailgating.

Benjy was a good songwriter, the band was fun, but they never quite made the leap out of local.

too much coke, pot, free college pussy for a decade

pretty easy to see that as a peak and burn out

Sippin off a beer like a true baton rouge should act.
