Who is the best guitarist today?

I am watching the Elvis dedication show on NBC. Post Malone just performed with Keith Urban. Urban can play the guitar pretty damn good, but I would say today Gary Clark Jr is the best (I am talking about active. I am not including Eric Clapton because he isn't active).
