Billy Corgan is the patron saint of bad rock singers. His voice is legitimately awful. And I say this as a fan of the Smashing Pumpkins' pre-electronica music.

Without question Neil Young.

Selena Gomez. Hugely popular, massive loyal fanbase.
Cant carry a tune to save her life. Seriously, check out some of her live singing on Youtube. It's awful.

Brian Johnson (AC/DC, 1980-present) is terrible now, was terrible on his prime. I don’t know how they managed his voice on Back in Black, because he couldn’t touch those notes singing live.

A lead vocalist from the same era whose limited voice was exposed much more often was Keith Relf of The Yardbirds. He was probably the most limited singer of any major British Invasion band.

He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Kafka, I’m sorry, but is there a problem?
