Metallica's "The Thing That Should Not Be" deserves a mention. It's arguably the heaviest song on a damned heavy album, "Master of Puppets."

Heaviest is too subjective but here is a song that ticks all of the boxes for me.

Their old stuff is ok. They're basically washed up now though Jack Owen should help. I saw them once at the Dark Room in Baton Rouge with about 10 other people. Kinda depressing really.

Yeah that does sound sad.

With cannibal the last album I found myself enjoying was Kill.

Alex imo is one of the best bass players and students of bass out there. And I've always love Pat's guitar work.

Hope he gets his shite together with what's going on in his life
