Nothing... And I mean nothing gives me the chills and melancholy feelings like this:

Oh but you can't go back in time...so much optimism and excitement about my future... Girls, cruising the Monroe Sonic on Forsythe.. Hanging on the levee on the west Monroe side.. Sneaking a peek at the soft porn playing at the drive in next to the children's home.. Sneaking out of school at ophs at lunch to get 3/$1 mince meat sandwiches at rays peegee.. Spending every penny on pinball and arcade games...

I’ll give you the big 3 that turned me into a metal head. I wasn’t quite a teenager yet when these came out, but I was introduced to them when I was in junior high and there was no turning back.

Side one

Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop)
Photograph
Stagefright
Too Late for Love
Die Hard the Hunter

Side two

Foolin'
Rock of Ages
Comin' Under Fire
Action! Not Words
Billy's Got a Gun

10 tracks, no filler, so few albums are even remotely as good, much less better.

Come at me, haters!
