In my experience the official merch shirts are usually terrible. I like to help the wooks out (used to be one) and buy them in the lot. Support the wooks haha

I have never bought an official poster or shirt from any jam band show or festival. I always support the wooks.
Now if I'm at a festival and a smaller band catches my attention I'll buy one of their t shirts or CDs or something just to throw a little cash their way

I could sit here and tell you that I have actually never worn a bands tshirt to there show before, but you wouldn't believe me. But... I can tell you that it has never bothered me before. I do however own a Pantera tshirt.

I used to try and do that to an extent...my poster collection got to overwhelming tho. It really is ridiculous how many i gathered over the years.

I see no problem with this. I don't typically own band t-shirts, but I wore a zeppelin t-shirt to a zoso concert once. And would do it again.
