I’ve been keeping an eye out for him to come around... This should be a great show.

I got an email from them on Friday. Beyond pumped. Pretty good service on their part, I emailed them in May and they responded back.

You know it's a big get for the Varsity because he's wearing a Wolf Shirt

Definitely kicking arse in the blues/alternative country scene, that's for sure.

Brent's been hinting to me that they've got some really great big name rock acts that they're hoping to be able to make official soon. If so, this spring is going to be a really good one for that venue.

I feel like this happens fairly often.

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

Is Brent the new booker? I saw Bowen was with the Fillmore now but I don't know if he left the Varsity.

Brent's been the manager at The Varsity for years. He's not the booker, or at least not the main one, I don't think.

I was hoping he'd get booked at one of the listening rooms soon, but Varsity will certainly suffice.

He’s too big for the rooms now. I’m interested on if it sells out day 1.

We are getting varsity and Soul Kitchen tix, I have a feeling Moble will sell out in a few minutes.

I saw that he's also playing the Civic in NO the next night (April 17).
Saw him at Hogs for the Cause last year - great show.

Pretend you're trying to convince someone to go. Give me 3 songs.

He's been my go to for a while now. He played in NC last month, but the show sold out within a few hours. Apparently he has a huge following around Asheville. All those songs are great, but I think "Shake the Frost" and "Follow You to Vergie" are his best.
