I'd imagine they may, and I say that with caution, may bust out a new song on the tour. They have been writing for the new album for 2yrs now, if not more....
I'd imagine the release will come summer/fall. This tour could be a good warmup prior to them going into the studio to record.

Yeah, the other albums were right in 6yr increments.... I'm really thinking this is the last album out of them. If their "hype guy" Blair is to be believed, this album is supposed to be more along the lines of Aenima and Lateralus.

I sure as hell hope they've updated their stage show. They've been doing the same basic show since Lateralus came out and I'm sick of it.
It'd be nice if they'd mix the playlist up some too. Gimme some Eulogy, some Hush, some Hooker With A Penis.

Has Maynard even started vocals yet on the new album? I don't think they will have an album out this year because even after they finish recording, Adam will have to create the artwork for the packaging. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I'm hoping for TX at the least. The VIP package is pretty sweet. I'm guessing it will be more $ than the APC VIP package. That was well worth it for the experience.
They opened with Hooker With a Penis the last show we caught in Dallas. (Ticks and Leeches in the mix as well!)
