I agree with you for the most part. Every now and then he will give you a nice find that you have never heard of. Most of the time it’s a bust though. And when it’s not Tom, all you have is Madison destroying your speakers with her awful voice then playing the Cranberries on repeat.

The App only channels are the best place to find consistently good music with no talk. There are 3-4 more "Lithium" branded channels available through the App including Lithium Deep Cuts which is better than the main channel. Most main stations have several spin-offs on the App with no talk.

I'm even hearing Morello now on Classic Vinyl and Boneyard.
I'm not sure what survey told Sirius that we want to hear more talk shows with musicians past their peak yakking about themselves. Morello promoting politics and his albums. Springsteen, same. Duff McKagan promoting his wife & daughter. Occasionally interesting song finds, but too much blather.
Mostly I switch stations if it sounds like any of them will be talking more than 10 seconds, like...Alan Hunter reminding us daily that he was an MTV VJ. Yeah we know dude, just play a good song.
I actually like Madison's banter; she's OK til she starts singing. Oh well, bad with the good. And Keith Roth has some good anecdotes.

Funny. I caught him about a month or so ago and heard the same crap. Railing on Trump’s racist rhetoric al the time. Now I turn the station every time I hear him.
I’m probably in the minority hear but Rage Against the Machine is one of the few bands I absolutely despise. I think it horrible music.

Other than “Bulls on Parade” I can’t stand any of their songs. “Killing in the name of” is probably the most overrated song in the history of music.

No, it's more like "There's lots of other good music on the platform, find a different station."
It's the same reason I don't listen to Howard Stern. If I don't like what he's saying, I'm free to change the channel.
