Boom. Listening now to this song. It’s a good song. They are a talented couple. I just can’t understand the mindset and I’ve tried to often.

I still enjoy him though

I love a lot of his music regardless of their idiotic views. But if they are gonna step out and voice their opinion I’m gonna tell them how fricking stupid they are.

I'm sure there are just as many people who would tell you you are a fricking retard for your views as well!

So there's that.

Go drunk Walt, you’re home.

Shires plays a nice fiddle and is pretty hot. Her voice is squeally and a bit pitchy. It’s ok, but the least impressive thing about her musical talent. Certainly nowhere in the realm of Emmy Lou Harris.

I just can't get past this whole philosophy we are currently wrapped up in where we normalize maladaptive and harmful behavior and choices.

It’s just because it’s abortion and people on the other side are “woke” as well. Listen to Live Oak. It’s about a fricking serial killer. I hear nobody railing against that song.

Who are you to decide what behavior is deemed maladaptive and harmful?

From a purely biological perspective, intentionally ending viable pregnancies goes against everything that our species has done to evolve to be as strong as it is now.

From a philosophical/cultural standpoint, ending a viable pregnancy strictly because it will cramp your lifestyle is also harmful, and not just to the baby. They used abortion as a get out of jail free card, and denying that line of thinking is negative and harmful is intellectually dishonest.

Wait, we have to be somebody to have an opinion on that?

No it doesn't. Humans have been ending pregnancies for centuries, and in the animal kingdom it is very common for mothers to reject their newborns when they're deemed too weak to survive.

AFTER their born.

I'm not advocating that we start killing actually born children, but this 'point' is a significant difference.

Think he meant animals with that comment. Animals neglect or leave young that are runts to die.

I give you the post modern relativist.

I’m willing to bet you adhere to the modern precept that gender is fluid and what a person feels, not what they are genetically.

I’m also willing to bet that you would call a white person a racist if they claimed to be racially fluid and felt black.

Since maladaptation is in the eye of the beholder, what if some large man decided that it was perfectly moral to capture you and rape you and livestream it to your friends and family?

What would be more of an affront to morality, that scenario or murdering a baby - even up until birth - and then selling the parts of its body.

Whether you want to believe it or not, there is right and wrong. Societally speaking, some wrongs are worse than others...murder being chief among them.

Amanda Shires ruined his arse. Jason used to be a Southern Democrat rightly concerned with the plight of the working man. That’s not his jam anymore...at least not that of the party he supports.

Jason and Amanda’s party is the party of big tech, anti-free speech, foreign wars, the intelligence community and lawlessness...and murder if you look at abortion and inner city violence.

If murdering babies is in the realm of moral relativism for you, certainly you’re not qualified in my book.
