leaky or defective torch/vapo?
hopefully they had insurance but if not, nothing a tour stop shouldnt cover.
never cared much for Foreigner but early Styx, before their fame really kicked in (Grand Illusion), had some good moments.
somebody on the bus did this..

have buses always been so fire prone? seems like this happens a lot lately. tour buses, sports team buses.
