Tripped on X at Kingfish while dancing to Zap City back in late 1980s.
I could kick myself, sold all my Cult 10 Inch Extended Mixes albums when CDs arrived..had about 10 different ones of their main hits.

Join the Dots: B-Sides & Rarities is a box set of The Cure, released on 26 January 2004. This box set is a four-disc compilation of B-sides and rarities, digitally remastered from their original tapes. Incudes all B-sides by the band, apart from a number of remixes, as well a number of unreleased songs and songs that had been out of physical circulation for years. Many of the songs had not appeared on CD before.

dredg has a pretty deep back-catalogue:
Halong Bay
Time Will Tell
Running Through Propellers
The Papal Insignia
Redrawing the Island Map
There are also a lot more demos and outtakes that really only exist on some superfans hard drives. Also, a couple of their early demos that got them lumped in to numetal

I don't know if these qualify (Is the Garage Days Revisited a compilation?) but both
Last Caress
Crash Course in Brain Surgery
are things I never hear, and haven't seen them played in concert.
Anthrax also had:
Bring the Noise
Belly of the Beast
Both were obviously released albums, but seemingly rare.

maybe the most highly regarded outtake by any artist, ever
Bob Dylan- I’m Not There
recorded with the hawks during the basement tapes sessions…legendary both for its rarity and quality. It’s one of his best songs and this performance is magnificent

Oasis-See the Sun.
Oasis-See the Sun
Sounds like something from the psychedelic 60's.
