Assuming this is true, isn't this sort of a dubious distinction? "Most Talented rapper"? Isn't that kind of like being the "toughest nerd" or "fastest kid at the Special Olympics"?

Hes more talented than many in this thread are giving him credit for. Just because you dont like the music in question doesnt mean the artist isnt talented. He found his lane and went with it.

To answer the op, no. Hes not a rapper and if so not the most talented.

No way. Did you not just hear Lil Wayne on the National Championship halftime show? Lil Wayne is not only the most talented rapper, but most talented all around musician of all time.
