If you think Post Malone is the GOAT, go do yourself a favor and go listen to old school NWA, Snoop, Dre, and Biggy. Its not even in the same league

Mac Miller and other trash.

Mac was a very talented artist/producer. I don't care for most of his music but he was undeniably talented. He could play multiple instruments. And he clearly wasn't trash considering the impact of his death had. I've never seen so many celebs come out and say how a person was so nice, etc.

Assuming this is true, isn't this sort of a dubious distinction? "Most Talented rapper"? Isn't that kind of like being the "toughest nerd" or "fastest kid at the Special Olympics"?

Hes more talented than many in this thread are giving him credit for. Just because you dont like the music in question doesnt mean the artist isnt talented. He found his lane and went with it.

To answer the op, no. Hes not a rapper and if so not the most talented.

No way. Did you not just hear Lil Wayne on the National Championship halftime show? Lil Wayne is not only the most talented rapper, but most talented all around musician of all time.

Folk Malone

Heard him say in an interview he might do country music for the second half of his career. I think he should and blow some minds.
