meh, even of they do turn out to be a shell of their former awesomeness, I'll probably still be content. And besides, it was a pretty descent excuse to road trip to Austin. But now you've lowered my expectations so......thanks? I guess.

I second Dandy Lion. I saw their first reunion tour and it was good... but it wasn't the Pixies. Still, if you've never seen 'em, it's better than not seeing 'em.

Well thanks, i probably shouldn't have read this the morning of. But they got that broad from Prefect Circle in Kim's place so as far as a stand-in goes, it could be much worse. Off to do some day drinking in the city, sends some good vibes this way in hopes of a good show.

Paz, while not Kim Deal, is very good. Check out some of the vids on youtube. She can hold her own.
