This board would suck without the good ol boys talking about the good old days when Night Ranger and Whitesnake ruled the airwaves and people made real music

Night Ranger and Whitesnake
Those are two solid bands actually.
I love the whole LA/hair/coke scene of the 80s

Yeah, Sunset Strip was grime party central.

ain't nuthin like the glory days wearing my St. Amant High School lettermen jacket, driving up to class in my Ford Bronco, with it's exterior covered in mud and a Poison sticker on the back, blaring some frickin' Winger with the windows down, winking at all the Sophomore HS sluts that wanted my Senior in College NUTZ!

Night Ranger never ruled the airwaves like Whitesnake did. I say that as a compliment to Night Ranger.

I worked with 3 African American women in their 30's and they did not know who Jim Morrison was or who The Doors were. I found that very disturbing.

Why would they? I would bet very few 30 year old black women have ever heard of The Doors.

Thanks for the real estate advice, jackass. I haven't lived in Ascension Parish for six years.
How many average college-aged women these days listen to Led Zeppelin on a regular basis?

St. Amant Steve just might be a Top 5 Troll on this board...He's cranked a lot of winners on this here musical board
Here's some advice...if you don't have a worthwhile contribution to the topic or if you are not a fan of any of the bands I listed, then feel free to keep your asinine comments to yourself.

Enough to know their general shitty taste in music.

My girlfriend/fiancee' to be has "The Lemon Song" as her ringtone! Guess I got a good one.

I know a lot of hippy, liberal-minded millennials who like Zeppelin, but I've yet to meet any sorority gals who are fans.
This. My second date with my SO of now over 3 years included a concert with a Led Zeppelin tribute band, she was not impressed
