How much is the face value of the tickets?
Posted on 5/17/18 at 5:50 pm to danilo
I saw somewhere they range from $85-$175. I imagine they will be at least double that on the secondary market.

If you are paying by credit card, it is slightly more (not sure why anyone would want to have that much cash on them in that area of town). Straight from the box office, credit card pricing:
$99.50, $141.50, $183.50, $194.50
$99.50, $141.50, $183.50, $194.50

I may be skipping this show altogether if this is what the setlist will consist of.
They never play a setlist strictly of new material. If you like their catalogue with the exception of this song, then you're screwing yourself by skipping this show.
All the signs are pointing to this being a massive production. Limited cities, 2 shows per city, high ticket prices (they've maintained the $50 ticket prices up until now), intimate venue vs arena/stadium... something big appears to be brewing. They had to cancel their previous big tour with big production due to the cost and work required to move and setup all the equipment. The next two tours were heavily stripped down. It appears they are returning to the grand production
As for the new song: I dig it. It has a David Lynch feel to it. Reznor has gone more experimental with the last two ep releases, and he's carrying that over into this. While it's been hit or miss with me, I like this song.

Someone grab me two balcony lowers for both nights and I’ll PayPal you straight.
Well it was worth a shot.

Update on time for presale:
Saenger sent out an email stating no lines prior to 6am. NIN website originally had this as 8am.
ugh...

I hear this show is in support of their new album “my parents don’t understand me”

In line in Atlanta. Wrapped around the corner before 730.

It was 150-200 around 6, at least double that now

Already had people from the back of the line coming up and asking people to buy them tickets.

Yep...best section at Toyota Music Factory. Was a great experience today. Security handled the line extremely professionally. Free donuts, breakfast burritos and other food items given out throughout the morning, too. Music jamming. Absolutely no problems and everyone was cool.

By contrast - the saenger opted to station a single food truck in front of the building, with the radio station (not playing music) and the line running 6 blocks in the opposite direction down the side of the building.

....and the pay lot behind the Saenger (that they said had 12 hour parking for $7.00) was charging $40.
What was the point of Alt 92.3 being there. They had a couple of guys at a tent in front of the building past the box office, playing music through a 10 watt guitar amp. You wouldn’t have known they were there unless you went to use the restroom or until after you bought your tickets.
To the credit of the Saenger, Taceaux Loco was supposed to be there, but they never showed up.

I think the most shocking thing about it all, was the lack of police presence. I mean, it ain't that great of a neighborhood, and some where there the whole night. You know the other onsale sites had more than enough too.
And the lot behind the saenger was actually a private lot, the garage across the street from there was 7 (although I somehow paid 12).

It genuinely would’ve been easy to make it both fun and profitable. Move everything to the same side as the line- use the entrance on that side if worried about blocking the street.
They would’ve made a killing with breakfast food, coffee, and some morning cocktails. The radio station could’ve done stupid superfan contests... it’s practically no planning required.
