November 23 and 24- Saenger

This will be fun!

Also... can only buy tickets at the Saenger. Trying to beat the scalpers.

Why is NIN playing at the Saenger? This is worse than Voodoo. Looks like I'm getting screwed out of seeing them again.

Just saw Queens of The Stone Age there two weeks ago and it was incredible. Why aren’t you a fan of the Saenger?

Also 2 nights at Red Rock in September. Interesting...

FYI, for the Dallas show at the Toyota Music Factory, tickets can only be purchased in person at the box office. They will not be available online.

Seats. Wish they would have done a bigger venue or just 3 nights at a place with a floor (i.e. Orpheum).

Its way too small. Tickets will be tough to get from the box office and will be too expensive on the secondary market. They should be at the SKC. Bands this big playing small venues only screws the average fan.

I don’t think they are trying to screw their fans. they trying to reward them by giving them the chance to buy the tickets in person.

It’s so frustrating when I go to buy Tool tickets at the SKC. I’m on three different browsers and the Ticketmaster app at 10am and the best available is in the nosebleeds.

The seats at the Saenger suck though.

We tailgaiting next Saturday morning?!?! Go look at the ticket buying process. It's in person only. Here are the details:

Saturday May 19th tickets on sale at 10am at Saenger box office only. 4 tickets per person per show. No lines allowed to form prior to 8am.

I'll be there at 7:55. That's 2 hours of drinking before I drunkenly buy 8 tickets.

Agreed. This is good for the fans, because bots have ruined the online buying process.

I could get a good seat to this show at SKC for $100. I'm not sure I can get any seat at the Saenger for that price.

Holy frick this is all things wrong. Shows at SKC suck every kind of arse. Sure, you can sell more tickets, but the show will sound like shite and you'll be watching the band on monitors.

I'm sure the show would be better at a smaller place but it will also be much more difficult to get a ticket and much more expensive. I've been to several shows at SKC and never had an issue with sound or seeing the stage or even getting a good seat.

That's Jesus and Mary Chain's whole schtick. It's perfect.

You won't miss anything, Jesus and Mary Chain invented shoegaze. Literally.

New NIN song "God Break Down the Door."

I may be skipping this show altogether if this is what the setlist will consist of.

It sounds like the backing band for Bowie's "Blackstar" contributed to this song. It just has that feel. I'm not sure what I think of it. I liked the last EP a lot.

Can’t make the physical ticket release. I’m about to overpay my arse off to see both shows.
At QOTSA I told my wife: “THIS is a perfect place to see NIN but they’ll never play a small venue like this....”
So I HAVE to go. Idc what set list they play. I’m trying to not think about how much these are gonna cost on stubhub.
