A general comment. I like the diversity among the posts, from shredders to jazz players. There are a couple of Roys, a Glen, even a Stueart Smith here. No Chet that I recall. There's always room for Don Rich.

I grew up listening to Chet. I would have put him in my original post, but at the time, I listed Roy instead. Roy Clark was just an all around entertainer and could probably play anything that has strings! Mind you, I was the oddball growing up. I could switch back and forth between Roy, BB, and Eddie Hazel in the space of 3 songs and think nothing of it!
