Simply put, Baloo has posted my exact sentiments. I'm a fan of Johnny Marr. I like him more with what he did in The The than The Smiths. I know I'm a minority with that statement too. But Marr was more of the reason I listened to The Smiths. Meat is Murder, Louder than Bombs.

I'm not a fan of Radiohead. They seem to want to push the envelop more than actually structure a song that's good from start to finish.

The Smiths

Pretty much, yeah. I appreciate it, but I don't actively like it.

Infected is good. Mind Bomb and Dusk are great.

But no, Radiohead does not rock, nor has it in about 20 years. And the few songs they do have that do rock, they seem to want to pretend didn't happen, like the Fun Police will lock them away or something.

This statement is wrong. Have you seen Radiohead live recently?

Not recently. I saw them about a decade ago. They were pretty lousy live. I also saw them open for REM real early in their career. I give them a pass on that one.

Yeah, but not as much as "Strangeways, Here We Come."
