The Grateful Dead had many record labels including Warner Bros. who they initially signed with.
They later formed their own label and telling corporate executive, bean counters to F off
Music executives didn't understand that the GD made more money touring than releasing new studio albums.
Jerry and Ron Rakow created Round Records for the band members to release their solo and side projects.

There is one copy of this record in existence. It was owned by the legendary collector Joe Bussard, who died last year.
