I've seen Yes several times (up to 2002, anyway), and there's a moment near the end of "And You And I", if they'd hit it right, gets the chill bumps working in overdrive.

The 1812 Overture, right at the end when the main theme kicks in. Really cool, considering what the music is supposed to represent.
The Hallelujah Chorus. As I listen to it, I think of the anecdote that Handel was reportedly found in his room crying immediately after having finished writing the piece. When asked why he was crying, he said, "I saw the heavens opened, and God seated upon His throne."
The entirety of the Tannhauser overture. Quite possibly the most emotionally moving piece of music ever written.
