The last piano note following the chaotic buildup at the end of A Day In The Life always does that to me...

Beginning of guitar solo in Stairway To Heaven. That is one of the most powerful chords in rock history.

The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald has a few of them.

The wind in the wires made a tattle-tale sound

At seven pm a main hatchway caved in, he said
Fellas, it's been good t'know ya

And later that night when his lights went outta sight
Came the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald

And all that remains is the faces and the names
Of the wives and the sons and the daughters

The church bell chimed till it rang twenty-nine times
For each man on the Edmund Fitzgerald
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early

ETA: guess i misunderstood the topic. oh well, I'll leave this here anyway.

Battle Hymn of the Republic

Great arrangement with the a cappella third verse on through the final chorus gets me every time.

Thought of another one:

As a former Navy man, Eternal Father, Strong to Save almost brings me to tears when it is done correctly.
