I wish Kanye would go back to truly producing. Cruel Summer then this? Needs to go back to sample digging with No ID.

I liked this album the first time I listened to it in 2004 when it was known as Saul Williams self titled album.

I was curious about whether or not I was crazy about loving this album. I looked online at some other reviews to gauge Yeezus' affect on others. Turns out I haven't read a bad review about it yet. I understand that it may not be "your thing" but the people calling it absolute garbage and terrible are showing their arse.

Kanye creates exactly what he wants and that is what has always set him apart. He didn't pander to the masses for this album (as I have seen clearly in this thread). He gets so much respect from me doing that. Yeezus is an awesome album. "Blood on the Leaves" is a top 10 Yeezy track, IMO.

Yea, it's not a bad album, just such a sharp turn from where his work seemed to be headed.

I came in wanting MBDTF Part 2, so it was disappointing at first, but I can appreciate it after getting over that. There are some great, unique tracks on this one.

I don't let publications make or confirm my opinion for me. You shouldn't either.

Everyone I listen to creates "exactly what they want." lol that doesnt set him apart from anything.

WTF is a Yeezus?

Colleg Dropout and Late Registration were great albums. Everything post 2007 Kayne has been shite.

FIFY

Anyone that's listened to all of his albums could easily pick 10 songs better than that.

You do if you think Blood on the Leaves is one of his top 10 songs.

You do know that everybody has different tastes in music? Who cares if he likes it. That's his opinion. I like it too, even if I may not feel it's a top 10 Kanye song. I respect his opinion.

Honestly, I saw the hate coming for this album. I think Kanye made it having in mind that a lot of people would think it's garbage. I really enjoy it, and I enjoyed it a lot more after listening to it a few more times. I couldn't sit through Hold My Liquor the first time, but now I have come to enjoy it, and it's been like that for a lot of the tracks on there. Even though it's my least favorite Kanye album, it's still one of my favorite albums of the year. I love everything Kanye has done so saying it's my least favorite is not saying it's a bad album. Overall I would give it an 8/10.

So you're being objective as well and know that this isn't a top 10 Kanye song.

best part of the album is the last 30 seconds of "I'm In It" imo. This just isn't doing it for me

I was disappointed the first time through. And I can usually tell if an album will grow on me and didn't think this would.

But it has. I like it alot. Side note: It doesn't hold a candle to his other albums minus 808. But it doesn't need to for me because those albums are unbelievable.
