since the mid 90's, yeah. they used to actually be punk(pop punk). most punk rock thing they ever did was get discovered for playing the main show at the premiere for operation ivy's last album, which they broke up before so it was just green day playing.

It doesn't matter who's playing, you don't tell someone they have 45 minutes to play and cut them off 25 minutes in.
