I love how they are promoting that they are lowering prices this year but what they are not admitting is since they didn't book any huge acts they didn't have to fork over large booking fees. Now that they booked lower mid range acts that don't cost as much that is the actual reason the prices are lower. Going from KISS, Kid Rock, Skynard, Chicago to Springfield, KC, & Mickey Thomas is a huge step down money wise.

I've been several times. Crowds aren't too bad and I've been to ZZ Top, Joe Cocker, KISS. You can get to the standing room area in front without too much problem. The fest area is huge and covers several city blocks plus the land on the river side of the levee (which is where the big stage is).
Sucks though to see the talent level going down.

Is that Grace Slick? She is still hot and Jane and Find Your Way Back are great songs. I would not want to see them in case they played We Built This City.
