Incubus in Pensacola around 10 years ago. Phantom Planet was the opening act. Even though we were probably 300 rows back, the show was amazing.
I was there. 'twas a good show.

Some personal favorites
Voodoo Fest '01: Snoop, Better than Ezra, Bush, Tool. My first music festival experience out side of Bon Fette in Baton Rouge.
Voodoo Fest '09: Flaming Lips and Robert Randolph on the final night of the weekend. Two very fun shows!
Built to Spill @ The Howlin Wolf in 2011. It was as if I picked the playlist. Pretty much every song was a favorite.
Hang Out Music Fest '11: So many good bands but the highlight was Foo Fighters. Especially when they did a surprise set when Cee Lo Green was late to the show. 30 min of cover songs to keep the crowd happy and it worked. Cee Lo showed up and finished out the set but I would've rather Foo Fighters play it out.
ETA: My surpise pick would be Blind Melon at the Varsity in '09 (or was it '10?). Their first time back with the new singer since the death of Shannon Hoon. Hardcore Blind Melon fans came out of the woodworks for that show and the band was feeding off all the energy. They kicked arse that night and I swear if you closed your eyes it was like Shannon Hoon was on stage with them. The new singer sounds just like him.

I saw Journey and Def Lepard twice on the same tour. Once at the DTE Energy Theater in Detroit and at the New Orleans Arena a month later. By far the two best concerts ever....
I saw STYX, REO Speedwagon, and Foreigner in Disney World and that is a close second.

JBM opened for Rogue Wave last year-ish at One Eyed Jacks. One man, one guitar, one mic, one kick drum, one tamborine taped to his foot. Freaking incredible. Very ethereal. Made all the better by the fact that maybe 20 people heard it.
ETA: o. And a harmonica.

I went to that show. It really was crazy how much his voice resembled Hoon's.

Incubus in maybe 2004 at the UNO lakefront arena. Ellipsis opened up for them and it was an amazing show. It was originally supposed to be on a saturday but the show got moved to a Wednesday night to avoid a hurricane or tropical storm.

SRV less than a month before he died left a big impression
Jethro Tull Municipal Auditorium Nawlins '72 prolly fave of the classic era
Satriani mind blowing technically
Have seen Buddy Guy and Govt Mule both so many times they have sort of a cumulative high score
Those Warehouse days were historic.
Freddie King was another I'm grateful to have seen before he passed
Johnny and Edgar Winter at hole in wall Signorelli's/Slicks in St Martinville was cool
Ted Nugent when he was still with the Amboy Dukes in a tiny theater in Abbeville. Talked to him sitting on the tailgate of a pickup afterwards.
okay, so I can't get to greatest

Steely Dan last year. I don't have a bucket list but that would've been on it if I had.

Rowdy friends tour in NOLA. Skynyrd opened.for hank Jr. At the time I was really into that sound. Got to hear simple man and dinosaur the same nite. It helped that my older brother left the kids at home and we double fisted whiskey all time. I don't get to hangout with him often and the music made it happen. The music and the company made it memorable.

The Black Keys at Bonnaroo last year

Little Feat at Jazz Fest on the Riverboat President in something like 1988. It was their first concert after the death of Lowell George a few years before. The energy was unreal. Jimmy Buffet and Bonnie Raitt walked onto the stage and played most of the concert as part of the band as well. Also Ed Bradley who sang "60 Minute Man" with the band backing him. The best concert I've seen by a mile.

Cool, found the audio for the concert at:
