I've actually never managed to make it for that. Every year I put it on the calender and every year something comes up and I can't go. Same thing with when they play at Bogies.

I like your enthusiasm and I was once in your shoes... very idealistic about the BR music scene and what it could become.. trust me, I saw every single good and shitty band in BR back in the day...
Although nothings out the realm of possibility, to me, it just isn't that town and never will be...
Just appreciate what you have... and who you enjoy it with... Those were some of the best years of my life and my made my best pals..

You also don't have to go to boring arse singer/songwriter shows to support live music.
I go see bands that I'm interested in. But I'm not going to go see some shitty red dirt for the sole reason of supporting local music.
