Visited my son a couple of months ago... he had the Aja album playing. I said I was surprised, he asked "Why? You and mom used to play this a lot when I was a baby. It comforts me." That's my boy!

This Steely Dan number, East St. Louis Toodle - OO , used to drive our cocker spaniel absolutely nuts. She was completely unaffected by other pieces of music.

With a sound that definitive, if you liked one - you like a dozen. Part of it (for me anyway) was a noodle-armed frontman and nerdchamp like Fagan making good. The same thing, along with a great sound, that drew me to Byrne and the Talking Heads.
Tech changed the industry almost overnight and the days of bands spending months on full production records are numbered - if they even exist anymore.

Love Dirty Work, very catchy tune that is one of those "gets stuck in your head" kind of songs lol. Reeling in the Years is also a really good tune.
