I think Cooley is better, individually, than most people. Regardless, these are my two favorite bands; just wondering if anyone else has listened to all of each band's albums and thinks this is also debatable.

Just started getting into AA. Better than Drive by Truckers to me. But that ain't saying much because I think DBT sucks for the most part.

Thought you were referring to some new reality shows on Discovery.

I like about two songs from each DBT album and the rest are terrible. AA is more consistent on their albums.

When Isbell was in DBT they were awesome still good, but not as much. Even though Cooley is one of my favorite singer/story teller/writers.

AA is just full of great. The lyrical arrangement in most songs are brilliant.

DBT, but to be fair, I haven't hear much AA. What I have heard, I've liked. But not better than DBT. Not even close.

DBT are simply one of the best rock bands of this generation. They are the awesome sauce, and had one of the best runs of albums from Southern Rock Opera all the way to Brighter Than Creation's Dark of any band.

AA is a pretty good substitute.
