I know the music scene is all screwed up, but I think it was around this time of the year some stuff was usually coming out during normal years.
And this isn’t the OT so spare us the Nola and Latoya crap in response.

Plenty of concerts in Biloxi, BR, and even Metairie. It’s just NOLA committing suicide.
Heck, I’m playing at Babylon Saturday in my shitty punk band

Come on man. I’m looking for something a little positive

I would place the odds of jazz fest happening around 20%
Posted on 1/16/22 at 5:29 pm to notiger1997
100% getting cancelled anyway.

Rolling Stones only to be canceled again

Meh.
If Mardi Gras happens, Jazzfest will happen. According to most, the cases, etc are already trending down

Since when has anything like that mattered to this mayoral administration?

Every NOLA band you can think of + my guesses, including:
Foo Fighters + Dead & Co. + St. Paul and the Broken Bones + Haim + Car Seat Headrest + Bon Jovi + J. Balvin + Jack White

When was the last Jazzfest.. like 3 years ago?

2019, I saw Chris Stapleton

The Who, Foo, Jack White and Alicia Keys are current rumors I saw.

Bon Jovi's tour is in the South around the same time of Jazzfest. I wonder if Jon has his voice back? I saw some YouTube footage from about 4 years ago that was just sad. For sure one of the most overrated live bands ever.

all of the major music festivals are happening, so will jazz fest.
assuredly the bands who were scheduled the last two years will be first in line except the Rolling Stones (which was stupid anyway)
it’s pretty much a guarantee that you can select the eventual lineup from the cancelled bills in 2020 and 2021.
