Delta blues vs Hill Country Blues

I'm a big fan of both styles of blues. Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, but Junior Kimbrough & RL Burnside are awesome.

Wouldn't Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf be considered Chicago Blues?
Oh, and I can dig some Howlin' Wolf. He was a very interesting man. Never got caught up in the drink, drugs, and debauchery of the music business and was quite frugal with his earnings. He died a wealthy man.

I prefer Hill Country style a little more. Just a little more rocking and driving for me.

Hill Country Blues, especially on an old worn out guitar is where it is at..Buddy Guy's "Sweet Tea" album, is his tribute to HCB. (Guy being more of a Chicago bluesman) Get that album if given the chance, it's incredible

Delta. No doubt for me. Bentonian style is the best to get into the sub-genre.
