I agree about Accept even today without Udo they are damn good. Hell Fast as a Shark all but kicked off Speed Metal.
Yeah they still sound great, and I like Tornillo’s voice a lot. He’s got some similarities to Udo for sure. Hoping to catch them somewhere. And speaking of Udo. He’s doing one “final” leg of a tour with Dirkschneider playing all Accept material. In Jax this Friday night. If time allows me to get back up there for a couple of days I’ll be there for sure!!

I was at Club La Vela spring break 1996 and witnessed Bush performing in the pouring rain. That version of Glycerine is legendary now but at the time I was hammered drunk and just looking for arse.

Warren Zevon at the Varsity a couple of times before he got popular again. The first show was sparsely attended and it was easy to watch from 15 feet away.
Little Feat's first concert after the death of Lowell George. On the River Boat President for Jazz Fest. Bonnie Raitt, Jimmy Buffett, Ed Bradley played with the band. Just pure high energy from start to finish.

I've never heard of most of these bands but the shirts are pretty cool.

Porcupine Tree - The Roxy Atlanta - June 16, 2005
I honestly can't remember if that was my first time seeing them, but my friend and I consumed a large amount of psilocybin which made it an extremely magical experience.

i don't know if i brag... but i do tell people that KISS put on the best live shows. And that Kid Rock draws a more diverse crown than anyone i have seen.

Based on some of your past replies to other threads, I have to believe we were at a lot of the same shows and bars at the same time back in the mid 80's-mid 90's. I was a Bayou regular....all my friends worked there and at all of the local Chimes St. area bars. Every DJ at KLSU was a very good friend. I also worked at the Caterie in the mid-80's. I hit massive amounts of shows in NOLA as well.
