I am not usually a fan of new mainstream country. Give me older George Strait type stuff or new stuff that is not on the radio, like Turnpike Troubadours, Flatland Calvary, etc. But man, I find this song by Ella Langley to be great. I can't stop listening to it. The steel guitar is incredible, and it just sounds old and haunting.

Tom Bukovac plays guitar on it and in this video he describes how he came up with the hook lick. They wanted it to have an 80s Country vibe.

It’s not bad, but I hate some of the lyrics.

It’s a pretty good song, but you can’t top the alternate lyrics about drinking by myself and Jews.
