Go.

I'll go with the likely unpopular opinion here, Oasis. What's the Story and Definitely Maybe are awesome, and Be Here Now isn't as bad as some say it is. Radiohead put out some awesome albums as well, but I prefer Oasis slightly.

(one Drake thread is off the first page )

I do like Oasis, but the answer is Radiohead and it isn't even close. Albums like OK Computer and Kid A are some of the best of all time.

Completely different styles, but the correct answer is none other than fricking Oasis.

I know. Oasis fans are very passionate, for some reason that escapes me. I can't stand them.

I grew up on Oasis. But outside of their first two albums, there is very little to celebrate. DM, and WTSMG are excellent, but they cannot approximate The Bends, OK Computer, Kid A, Amnesiac, Hail to the Thief, and In Rainbows. The overall body of work weighs heavily in Radiohead's favor.

Oasis vs the Verve, or Oasis vs Blur, or even Oasis vs Spiritualized are all better debates.

Oasis v. The Verve is definitely a better debate.

Comparing Oasis and Radiohead is like comparing Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Animal Collective.* They just sound very very different.

*I could come up with other examples, but that works.
