even heady would agree with that

Why take a shot like that?

I'm pretty sure 95% of the board agrees that I have a better taste in music than your rather restricted focus in red dirt or whatever the frick it is called. That is the only genre that you know more than me. Congrats on being the rep of some corny little sub genre niche. I am a quasi-unofficial voice of this board.

Arctic Monkeys will prove that.

You know that repeating this every time y'all squabble doesn't make it true, right?

Prove what?

They are playing a sold out show in BR, not Nola, coming off headlining one of the biggest music festivals in the world where the other headliner was the Rolling Stones.

BR > Nola obviously right?

Why don't they get any play in US? Could see this album being as big as the last couple Black Keys here.

It's no secret that the general population of the United States has a shitty taste in music.

They are great live...going to listen to the album tonight...

It is like Biffy Clyro, Elbow, etc who pack 20k arenas around Europe and have great music, but the average american has no clue..

BTW..seeing Biffy Clyro here in DC in a couple weeks

Arctic Monkeys coming to Baton Rouge in early October. I am excited. Haven't seen them since 2009.
