Do you have their digital issued new one? Artificial Construct?

I have AC1 an AC2. They need to come on with part 3. It was pretty good in my opinion. Their website has their entire official catalog available for cheap download. Wish more bands would do this. Inexpensive and several different lossy and lossless formats can be downloaded. All of those songs were available to download without paying but I went and purchased everything I did not have to flesh out my collection.

I used to have some remixes of It's Over Now on vinyl laying around somewhere.

This band could've been so much more if they had all been heading in the same direction at the same time. They were basically a "weekender" band that ended up opening for Erasure and Pet Shop Boys on regional legs during the early 2000s. Male and female leads both contributed vocally and with the writing.

Dallas' own: Reflection Theory

Reflection Theory - Don't Promise Me (Full Version)

Reflection Theory- Another Light

Reflection Theory- It's Been Too Long (female lead)

I definitely wouldn't call animal collective "synth pop' or "electro pop"

I actually agree with you. I'm not sure what you call them.

That right there is the man of my dreams <3

I'm seeing them at Buku and I'm praying the festival atmosphere of it all won't make it less enjoyable. They're the only reason I'm going. HE (Michael Angelakos) is the reason I'm going.

Passion Pit

The lead singer -- and main songwriter -- is Michael Angelakos. He is crazy, but he makes amazing music.

Read this. It's excellent.

Thanks. I'm always on the lookout for new bands.

I know that Take a Walk song. That seems a little more pop, then synth-pop that I look for though.

Please pretty please listen to Passion Pit. You will be doing yourself a favor, and it will make me happy knowing that I made the world a slightly better place in which to reside.

Listen to all their songs, but here are my absolute favorites:

I've got your number
Better Things
Cuddle Fuddle
Sleepyhead
Moth's Wings
Little Secrets
Eyes as Candles
Carried Away
Constant Conversations
It's not my fault I'm happy.

No longer a fan. Seen them live 2x. Both times they SUCKED. Refuse to be a fan anymore due to this.

Well I don't know. Its not my favorite genre in any way shape or form.

And much of what I loved in the 80s - depeche mode, erasure - i can't listen to anymore. It annoys me. I don't think it holds up over time.

On last.fm, the first synth pop that reaches on my top 50 is....
animal collective, but i odn't consider them synth pop.

I would guess working for a nuclear free city. They are really awesome but I might not call that synth pop. Maybe toro y moi?
