1. Biggie
2. Method Man
3. Outkast (Andre and Big Boi are both great rappers individually, but they're so much better together. Their chemistry is amazing.)
4. Eminem
5. Nas
6. Lupe
7. Slick Rick
8. Common
9. Mos Def
10. DMX
11. Jay-z
...
498. 2-pac

Both are overrated.

But 2pac is wildly wildly overrated.

I'm not sure what those emoticons means, which makes responding difficult.

2-pac became famous and revered because of his thug persona. Not because he was a great lyricist. He was not a great lyricist. He was a better actor than lyricist.

No.

I like a lot of 2pac's songs. But if we're talking about actual lyrical chops, he's overrated.

ok... he's a story teller and one of the best or the best rapper ever. and idk where you get that he's not a good lyrist he rhymes smoother than anyone ever WHILE telling a story or giving us imagery, he just doesn't rhyme to be rhyming like pretty much everyone on that terrible arse list you just put out there.

Go back and look at who I ranked as the best rapper ever.

I hope that answers your question.
