Okay finished the rest and while I did not like where episode 8 was going and bringing Marienne (the worst part of the entire series) back in, I like how they ended it.

Are there more planned? Probably a good place to stop IMO

Hasn't been renewed for a S5 yet.

I read the showrunner said she already has plans for where the story goes. I would be surprised if it doesn't get another season based on that but nothing official yet.

Based on Netflix's track record of canceling shows, I can never guess what the hell they'll do

It should have ended with his suicide.

Plus, I don’t like what they did with Nadia. I hope Marienne returns and gets her out and they royally frick with Joe’s head somehow.

I thought they were all clear that S4 was supposed to be the last?

I'm always up for more Joe Goldberg.

What a load of shite the last 2-3 episodes were. Such a letdown to an otherwise stellar season.

Also, I could give to fricks about the Marianne storyline.

I really liked part 1 of season 4, but HATED the twist in part 2. It was a cheap ripoff of Fight Club, the crazy alter ego making the main character do something crazy.

I thought the Nadia plot could have been neater or just fully eliminated. It leaves some potential for conflict if there’s a next season. She just seems completely OP’ed.

I’ll still watch a season 5, but am okay with it ending as is. Joe’s last line being that he’s just there to help Kate save the world is a great send off.

Yeah, of all the ladies to get worked up/obsessed over, he picks the the least attractive, most pretentious one? And DOESN'T kill her?

Sounds like they’ll do a Season 5 as the final season.

Grand Finale

I wish they’d end it with 4. I’d bet every cent I own that Season 5 ends with him in a psych ward

I enjoyed the first half of the season MUCH more than the 2nd half.

the first half was different for this show and more interesting.

The 2nd half was stupid and the same bs over again.

I think we know with 100% certainty that they are setting up Marienne to be the hero that takes down Joe

Wow, that's quite the decision. Now I'm curious why Sera Gamble is being booted from the final season.

Also, if Joe doesn't wind up in jail, a psych ward, or dead, I'm going to be pissed. I'm also curious if they take the approach that the "good" parts of Joe "died" during his suicide attempt and all that's left are the insane "Rhys" parts of Joe. They sorta hinted at this when Joe saw Rhys in his reflection in the window in the last scene, but maybe that was just to show that that part of Joe is still inside him?

I'm so glad to see they didn't drag this out forever. There's always room for a little more Joe Goldberg.

Would be so predictable it hurts.

Joe should kill Marianne in the first 30 seconds of episode 1. Do something interesting at least.

Exactly. I’m going to ask if this is the ending before watching. If it is I’ll just pretend it ended with 4
