the first half was different for this show and more interesting.
Yeah I thought Joe’s character was a lot more interesting when he was trying to change and help people. But no, he’s just actually crazy and he’s been killing everyone the whole time. Lame.
I thought the only piece of sharp writing was how Nadia broke Marienne out of the cage. That was gonna be pretty messed up if Joe killed both of the little girl’s parents. Need some justice for Joe in the final season because getting away with everything and becoming a billionaire isn’t gonna work very well.

IMO in order for the show to continue to work, there has to be a part of Joe that you still have some sympathy for. Like knowing how he was raised (or neglected), the people he’s killed being some real pieces of work that you don’t feel a whole lot of sympathy for, etc.
If they’ve “killed off” that part of Joe with the suicide attempt now you just have a prototypical serial killer show and we have plenty of those.
I did enjoy all of his “girls” coming back to haunt him a bit though.

Yeah that was good. I wonder if Marienne comes back next season and he thinks he’s dreaming but then she kills him.
She’d be smart to just hide and raise her daughter but if she sees him on the cover of magazines and shite it might change her mind.

I can't help but feel like she's going to play a part in his downfall one way or another.
Or hallucinating. That could happen but seems a little too cliche for this show (or at least I hope).

Yeah for sure. And she’s gotta find a way to get Nadia out of jail because that’s what Nadia did for her. She’s gonna be ridden with guilt when she finds out Nadia’s locked up.

I would hate if that's how the show goes down, its so predictable and boring and cliche.
I hope Marienne and Nadia die in the opening sequence of episode 1.
Give us something interesting

How is that interesting? They could have died at several points last season and the writers kept them both alive. Probably for a reason, killing them both in the first sequence makes the whole second half of season 4 a waste of time.
