I love Beth, but she is more than just one liners. Last season, they were showing a little of her pain and soft side with Rip and that was good. The writing has made her a caricature of herself. Monica is meant to be the anti Beth, but she's pretty useless.
Everything in the bunkhouse, girls, fights, etc. is really meaningless.
They've trashed every interesting story so far this season.

There’s an undercurrent of The Brand losing its luster. Lloyd let his personal feelings come before the Brand, before his obligations as the lieutenant to Rip. Walker has the Brand but that’s no longer good enough to protect him. Same with Teeter. You have Beth telling Rip to take her away to somewhere all these bad memories don’t exist and nothing happened before they are married. Kayce has now already left the ranch (again).
They seem to be setting up for everyone turning their backs on John or John dying and everyone leaves the ranch. Rumors that Rip & Beth are joining Jimmy at the 6666? Teeter probably going back to TX? Walker returning to TX?

I laughed the whole Walker/Lloyd fight.
This dude takes 4 inches of blade into his left clavicle the night before, then is out there throwing haymakers with his left for an hour! Wtf are these writers on sometimes?
My god that was bad writing. All Lloyd had to do was punch that wound once or twice and Walker is done.
I knew that pussy Jamie wouldn’t do shite to his dad.

Lloyd going insane over some buckle bunny is the most bogus storyline ever. He’s been the most likable, dependable, and laid back guy, and all of a sudden, that skank he barely knew is what sent him over the edge?
The worst part was all the chances he’s now gotten. If you’re going to have the balls to write it, at least follow through and send him to the train station. At least then there’s some closure and a point to the storyline that took up multiple episodes.

That's what I said a page or two ago. They left him in and he's now a complete loose cannon. As much as he is my favorite character, he should have been ended after he threw the knife.
It makes him crazy.
