Did anyone else pick up on the fact that the first two episodes didn’t have opening credits, but three and four have?
Yes, but I thought I just missed (or skipped) them in the first two episodes, haha.
The opening credits are creepy AF though.

Based on how the show started, I find it hard to believe that Jackie isn't still alive and will have some sort of role to play.
Either that or they painted her as one of the main protagonists early on and then will completely go in a different direction

I thought I was going crazy when I saw the credits. I had to restart the first two to see. This is the best opening credit montage since True Detective Season 1 imo. I definitely think Jackie is still alive and out there.
Also, when the plane started, that one girl said, "it wouldn't let them leave," or "it didn't want them to leave." or something like that. Another random plane suggests that there probably are other people out there, at least at some point. Such as the skeleton in the attic and the cabin being stocked with a gun and ammo. I'm thinking the remaining episodes will be ramped up.

We just watched last weekend and it reminded me of True Blood’s credits which I hated.

It still holds my interest, but I think it needs to lead us somewhere soon.
Still wondering if it’ll be a supernatural element rather than a psychological element.

Alright this show officially off the rails. They lost me.. it’s gone supernatural

For some reason, even if I know the actresses are all in their 20s, I have some uncomfortableness with girls depicted as teenagers in the nude. Euphoria was a great example. Bailed.
I also don’t think any of us want to see the adult actresses nude either.
Not saying I’m asking for T&A. It’s unnecessary in this story though.

Okay, so Jackie got the necklace back in the latest episode, so I guess it's possible it WAS her in the first episode who they ate.
A bunch of funny moments in this episode. Misty and coach's morning wood, Jackie being terrible at French and getting yelled at for being terrible at French, the whole meeting with the other citizen detective, etc. I really enjoy some of the lighter moments. It really adds some quirkiness to the show.

Best episode so far. It picked up the pace in a big way. Supernatural, but I got Evil Dead vibes (I think the way they framed those shots was a tribute to Evil Dead at least with the cabin and window). But whoever called out Shauna being pregnant was on the money. I still can't see Jackie dying.
Misty continuously gets fricking crazier, I'm convinced she killed travis at this point.
ETA: I was hoping for non super natural, but I'm digging it. The daughter getting caught in Jackie's old cheer uniform was morbid, and I think Shauna realized the daughter was right about her new side guy not being who he says he is. Still not sure how the political lady's son fits into it, and why he would write that, unless she wrote it herself or Misty or something. Also, am I crazy or did the coach play Misty like a fiddle telling her that so she'd stop going crazy (I bet she gets even crazier from it). Also, Shauna's response to her daughter's blackmail was hilarious.
Also, why was the political supporter lady so interested in the story? I feel like people wouldn't be that obsessed with it after all those years and would just assume they scavenged and some lived and some died.

New theory, Shauna’s side piece is the younger of the 2 brothers that were stuck out there with the girls. It would explain a lot about him always being present... maybe he’s the one that killed his Travis in the present day?

I wouldn't be surprised if she had a hand in making the plane crash somehow.

I was trying to rack my brain for how he could have been involved. I thought brother, but for the younger brother that was out there wouldn't she recognize him? Maybe not, and he could have easily changed his name. Or an another sibling/relation to Jackie or Travis or whoever.
I'm sure there will be more twists. But big teenage drama is going to come out when Jackie finds out Shauna is pregnant, but I mean why would she have to say who's it is, or couldn't she just lie? Is her raver/Molly daughter the baby and they just never told her? idk what to think. Curious on Sloth's and more of y'all's theories.

I wonder if they’re laying on the supernatural to try and make us think it at this point. Though, the whole Lottie speaking French thing and screaming before the window blew open seems to suggest otherwise.
Definite shot that scene “Evil Dead” style, though.

Yeah…she’s fricking nuts. Her finding the candle wax pattern was pretty convenient.
But I’m wondering if the camera was just there to feel connected to the group. She seemed genuinely hurt by what Natalie said. But maybe she’s doing all or most of it to be wanted and needed again.

Definitely.

That was good stuff, but it shows you the type of person Shauna is (potentially vicious).
Did Taissa’s eyes change color to something more fiery as she told and sold her lie?

Nah…that baby would be approaching 30.

They air on tv Sunday nights, but it sounds as though they may be available to stream earlier on Sundays.
