the part that really pissed me off was Rick then kills Shane in self defense, and Lori makes him feel like a horrible person for it.
Honey Boo Boo takes the cake hands down, but fictional characters are more fun. No real life implications and all.

As much as I hate Honey Boo Boo, and I mean HATE, June isn't the worst mother in the history of TV shows. The majority of the money from the show goes into her kids college fund (funny i know) and gives a decent amount to charities. She comes off as a terrible person, and some of the things she does is questionable, but she's not that bad of a mother. There are MUCH worse people in this world.

She is a very caring mother. Crazy as shite, but that bitch loves her children. Everything she does is for them.
Too many people are just listing women characters who they hate that might happen to be terrible spouses as bad mothers. There is a difference. You should be looking for things done to their own children. Bad or uncaring intentions might help as well.
