Lord of the Rings the Two Towers...
When orcs are starting to assault the keep, some of the archers are shooting nothing. You see them pull back but they have no arrows.

5th Element after Milla Jovovich is made you can see the "glass" already broken where she punches through it to turn the key to escape. Also Terminator 2, same thing when Arnold shoots the guard at the mental hospital, you can see the broken glass where he punches it before hand.

Has anybody mentioned Die Hard 4 when Bruce is fighting the chick at the plant? Her hair flips back and forth from up and down

I've never been sure if this was a goof or on purpose, but at the end of the first Mighty Ducks when Coach Bombay is about to get on the bus and is saying goodbye to the team one by one, Fulton Reed shakes hands with him and says "Strength, not concentration" and Bombay smiles and nods in approval. But that was the direct opposite of what Coach Bombay taught him in the movie, "Concentration, not strength."

D2 (which I always hated), when the girl wins the shootout at the end...in a hockey penalty shot, you cant freeze (especially for a dramatic cinematic pause) and then shoot. When the puck stops moving, the penalty shot ends. Why she decided to take a 30 yard slap shot rather than a high percentage one on one with the goalie is also mystifing

Scream- Courtney Cox gets knocked out because she didnt know to turn the safety off when she tried to shoot Ghostface. When she does shoot him a few minutes later, she says "safety wasnt on that time MF." Pretty impressive considering she was unconscious for when he said "gun works a lot better with the safety off"

In the original Batman when they are at the art gallery and the Joker's goons are vandalizing the artwork one goon slaps bright green paint on one painting, but on the next scene the painting is perfectly fine. The painting is directly behind the characters in the scene, clearly visible as they are standing still talking.

1:00 - 1:24 in this scene

First it was red hand prints, then a green splash.

In Tombstone when Curly Bell is drunk and out in the street shooting in the air he shoots more than 20 times with two 6 shooters and still has ammo left to shoot the sheriff.

Was done on purpose but the sheriff also wasn't an old man. He was around 30 but the producer wanted to portray an old man for more sympathy. I'd rather movies try to be accurate.

How about when the sheriff gets shot, there's a GD wire coming out of his pants leg that runs off camera.

Universal Soldier

Luc Deveraux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) returns home to Louisiana.

The mountains in the background seemed a little out of place.

Considering the movie was filmed in Arizona......

There is a scene in Jaws 2 where the "Shark" comes up out of the water alongside a sailboat and the entire mouth stretches vertically and horizontally out of position so bad that you could actually see the mechanism down inside the mouth. One of the most poorly executed special effects I've ever seen in a film. Incredibly cheesy and fake. How did that scene actually make it into the final print? Doesn't surprise me knowing how bad the rest of the movie was. Just overall negligence and incompetence throughout. What a massive let down sequel after the classic and masterful original "Jaws."..........

I can't believe this thread has gone four pages and no one has mentioned the Porsche that repairs itself in Commando.

There is no way you can include Commando, that whole movie is one major goof.
