That sucks. Looks like Moneybone was the beginning of the end of the respectibility of Fraser's acting career sans Crash.

I saw Monkeybone in theatres too.

He had just come off of the Mummy and Blast from the Past which I enjoyed so I figured it would be decent too.

One with a couple of big names that was pretty bad:
Amazing Grace & Chuck

Featuring: Gregory Peck, Jamie Lee Curtis, William Peterson, Frances Conroy

A "star" little league pitcher refuses to pitch for his team until the U.S. gets rid of nuclear weapons(his dad is in the Air Force). Other kids hear about it and join the movement. The Michael Jordan of the movie's world quits playing his NBA games (guy's name is Amazing Grace & he's played by then Denver Nugget Alex English). Situation gets so bad the President of the United States (played by Greg Peck) comes to talk to the kid about him, Amazing Grace and all the other kids going back to playing basketball.

I won't tell the glorious ending as that would spoil it for all of the unwashed masses that missed this one in the theaters.

Gigli was dead months before it ever hit theaters.

I'll nominate Disastor Movie. They couldn't even find an actor with abs. Truly awful movie.

Mars Needs Moms cost 150 mil to make and made 39 mil total. Biggest flop ever.

In total money lost.

Monkeybone
didn't even rake in 10% of it's cost.

The biggest flop ever, has to be Pluto Nash.

Cost: 100M
Domestic Gross: 4.4M

Nope. I just looked it up. The biggest flop ever was The Alamo.

$120 million in loses.

And?

It's a movie, not a rescue. Would rather see professional actors in a movie.

Shame what M. Night Shyamalan did to such good source material.
