Agreed. An I thought he was good in karate kid. And I didn't give it enough chance prior. He did well enough to be given parts on his own. Nobody will take him seriously a an actor if daddy is forcing him into parts.
Just like nobody thinks their kid is is the best chocolate salesman bc their dad is buying all the chocolate for them.

I heard something on the radio a few weeks back. I don't know the truth to it or how accurate it was, but Jaden was making remarks on moving out.
Story went something like:
Jaden made a statement that he was going to move out of the house and buy his own place.
Will told him "The day you can move out on your own, is the day that you have a bigger movie than I have had"
Jaden comes back and says "My dad is right, I am in a good place and will continue to live with him"

I will agree with this. I think the kids enjoy it and have fun doing it. I don't think it's the parents living through their kids like pageant moms.
