This.
That’s what is so great about Soprano’s. Tony is a piece of shite. Human garbage. But yet we see him as a sympathetic figure. We pull for the bad guy so to speak.
No redeeming qualities but we want him to succeed. Kind of like Pacino character in Donnie Brasco.
If you eliminate Tony - frick AJ. He is the villain bc every time he on screen I want to kick the dog. frick that bitch

Phil. He was the only one who really scared Tony and had the clout to make him hide.

How so? I saw Paulie as a yes man.

Phil is the answer but he’s also kind of like the undefeated AAC team trying to make it into the playoffs. Feasted on a weak schedule due to years of Tony slowly cannibalizing his own crew, reputation, and protection over the first 4 seasons

Popular theory that Pauline turned on Tony in the end and gave up his location and that he would be at the restaurant at the end in order to take over or atleast receive a massive reward for turning

Besides being a huge piece of shite who exploited/fricked over several civilians, he was back channeling with NY and trying to set himself up to take over if Tony was eliminated and NY took over. Then he figured out Jonny Sack was playing him.

This guy, until Tony tap kicked his teeth out.

Besides Tony of course, the answer is either Phil or Ralphie.

1000% Livia - she orchestrated a hit on her only son bc her put her in a retirement home. That’s just straight up cold blooded.

Way to tell us you never watched the Sopranos, without telling us you never watched the Sopranos!

Soooo, you rewatched "The Soprano's" 7 times already and don't remember how one of the most shocking murders on the show went down.

Chicken is the biggest villain because he won't let me change my user name to Jamal Ginsberg

The answer is Valery. He killed 16 Czechoslovakians and was an interior decorator (even though his house looked like shite).
