Who is your Favorite Fictional President in Movie/TV?

Since it's the political season what the hell?
My favorite David Palmer for 24. That's funny to me because he's a Democrat and I'm not.
He was noble but not afraid to make really hard decisions.
For comical reasons, President Merkin Muffley in Dr. Stangelove is another favorite..

Palmer was a classical liberal. He is almost as far away from modern democrats as a moderate conservative is.
