This guy

I didn't get close to crying at the end of the Notebook or My Sister's Keeper. But having a dog die makes me cry like a little girl.

Like an unstable emotional bitch.

I grew up with Yellow Labs all my life and have a 9 y/o male now.

Anyone with a heart. People who don't tear up need mental health checks.

I did not cry at all. I love dogs, especially Labs. I had an aging black lab at the time (she gone now ). The movie, to me, was far fetched. No way a reporter can buy a million dollar farmhouse (before he sells his book about the dog).
---------------

Wanna see me cry? Make a movie about columnist Lewis Grizzard and his black lab Catfish. I would always choke up when Grizzard would discuss the final days of Catfish's life in his column, and then his grief in weeks and months afterward.

This just made me :

Not me, I do not watch dog movies because they always kill the poor pooch.

I saw it with my 8 year old. We both left depressed, but neither of us cried. They tried like hell to make it a total tear jerker, but I didn't break down. It just made me feel bad. I can easily see how some people broke.

Only way I would have watched that movie is if Aniston would have had a nude scene.

Haven't been able to bring myself to watch it. Heard Marley died in the same way that my dog died. Still can't do it
